Remember each month, we will highlight a different patch program as our Patch of the Month. Participating in the Patch of the Month is an awesome way to learn new things, visit new places, and create memories with fellow Girl Scouts. Together, the girls will Discover, Connect, and Take Action while earning each patch.
- Discover: Find out who she is, what she cares about, and what her talents are.
- Connect: Collaborate with other people, both locally and globally, to learn from others and expand her horizons.
- Take Action: Do something to make the world a better place.
Getting Started:
Your Ambassador National Proficiency badges are focused, unique, sophisticated—and, mostimportant, useful! Plus, they are full of opportunities for plain old fun—something that can feel hard to make time for when you’re busy with the last years of high school.
As an Ambassador, you might think earning badges for your resume or, as a fun souvenir of your adventures in Girl Scouting or, to decide how you might want to mentor younger scouts as they earn awards. It’s a big circle of skill-building and sisterhood: one way every Girl Scout builds the courage, confidence, and character to make the world abetter place.
