These forms are here to give you an understanding of what information is required by a "Youth" and an "Adult" when filling out a BSA application.
You will be given a hard copy to fill out at your first meeting.
The hard copy is required due to the fact that it fills out multiple sheets at the same time.
The different copies are then maintained at the different locations (ie Troop, Counsel, etc...)
Hopefully one day in the near future we will be able to go paperless and save the trees. :-)
