Service Project Reporting Form
If your den conducts a service project, please email Vinnie Jones the following information:
- Date of Service project
- Number of youth members participating in project
- Number of youth who are not members participating in the project
- Number of adult leaders participating in the project
- Number of other adults participating in the project
- Total Unit Hrs (# of all participants * hrs worked)
- Partnering organization for the project
- Name of local organization with which you worked
- Brief description of project
